  If your child is due to start school (Nursery onto Reception) or transfer school (Year 2 onto Year 3) for September 2025, it is now time to make your application.
  
  The deadline for both Primary and Junior phase applications is the 15th JANUARY 2025
  The Outcome date is the 16th APRIL 2025

  Reviewing Medical Health Care Plans and Administering Medication within school

  Dear parents and carers,
  
  Please see the attached letter detailing information on the review of medical health care plans.
  
  Just a reminder that following the Christmas break we shall no longer be administering medication that is NOT prescribed by a doctor. Any medication that you wish for us to administer must come with a prescription label stating clear instructions for dosage. A medicine form must be completed by parents/carers upon production of medicine.
  
  Please could we ask that if you have non prescription medicines at the school office they are collected on Tuesday 7th January 2025. Any medication that is not collected shall be disposed of at the local pharmacy.

  Christmas Fair - Monday 16th December - 2.30 pm

  Dear parents and carers,
  
  A gentle reminder that we will be holding the Pen Mill Christmas Fair on Monday 16th December 2024 at 2.30pm.
  
  Gates open at 2.20 pm with the fair to start at 2.30 pm. We would like to encourage all parents/carers to attend and collect their children at 2.30 to enjoy this lovely time together.
